The negotiations for the insolvent Ziegler Group continue under great time pressure, and now the company has sold its subsidiary, Ziegler Modulbau GmbH, to a strategic investor. The new owner of Ziegler Modulbau is BGK Holding GmbH, backed by Herwig Kohla, the former managing director of Modulbau, and an investor group from Austria. The company will now operate under the name Holzwerk Naila GmbH. The investor will take over the Naila location and approximately 55 employees, as confirmed by insolvency administrator Volker Böhm.
