The insolvent Ziegler Group has signed its first sales agreement with an investor. The insulation subsidiary, Naturheld, is being acquired by a wood fiber manufacturer from Rosenberg, who aims to enter the insulation market. According to insolvency administrator Volker Böhm, the acquisition could be completed by March. Naturheld will continue to operate independently under the new ownership, according to Nils Gersonde, a member of the JRS Group management.
