UPM Plywood is planning an organizational reform and adaptation of operations to reflect the reduced production capacity and the weakening market situation. The company will start change negotiations, which will involve 262 employees in the head office functions, sales offices and factories in Finland. A maximum of 35 tasks is estimated as the need for reduction. Change negotiations are conducted in accordance with local legislation.
