The forest company Stora Enso is preparing to sell part of its forest assets located in Sweden. The purpose is to sell 12 percent, or almost 170,000 hectares, of the total 1.4 million hectares of forest assets. The sale would reduce the company's debt and strengthen the balance sheet. The terms of the deal, which include long-term wood procurement contracts, are agreed separately with the buyer.
