Stiga RM buys a new sawmill in Latvia

SIA "Rīgas meži,"finalized a deal on April 4, 2024, to sell its sawmill "Norupe" to SIA "Stiga RM" for a sum of six million euros, excluding VAT. The transaction, conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and after thorough market analysis, marks a strategic move for both entities. In line with regulatory protocols, the transaction awaits finalization pending approval from the Competition Council.
