Russian Tyumen Plywood Plant sold to Sveza Group
    Sveza received approval from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (the FAS Russia) for the previously announced acquisition of Tyumen Plywood Plant from its current owner Almira Karimova. According to the announcement, the company  acquired 100% shares of the plant.    Tyumen Plywood Plant is one of the most modern wood processing companies in Russia – most of the production facilities were commissioned in 2008.
