Russian lumber exports go 19% up in January-April 2018
During the first four months of 2018, the lumber exports from Russia grew in value and in volume. The country exported 5.749 million tonnes of lumber, 3.2% more than in January-April 2017.    The value of the exported Russian lumber also went up during the mentioned period and amounted to $1.378 billion, 19% more than in the same period last year.    Nevertheless, the log exports from Russia descended in volume terms, reaching to 5.78 million m3, going down 7.4% y-o-y, but increased in value terms ...
