At the beginning of the week, Ponsse held rapid change negotiations with his trustees. The negotiations dealt with measures to prepare for a weakened market situation. The outcome of the negotiations was that in 2025, the forest machinery company will prepare for a maximum of 90 days of layoffs. The possible layoffs concern the 850 employees of the company that are in the scope of the negotiations, excluding the Finnish sales and service organization and Epec Oy.
