Pfleiderer Group finds new buyer for Polish wood-based panel plants

Bogdan and Elzbieta Kaczmarek, private investors and owners of Central European manufacturers of quality furniture and mattresses, together with Innova Capital, a leading CEE private equity fund, have agreed to acquire 100% of Pfleiderer Poland, manufacturer of premium and high-quality wood-based panels. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions precedent.
