Sveaskog AB and Mellanskog announced a letter of intent regarding the sale of Sveaskog's stake in Setra Group AB to Mellanskog. The ownership transfer is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. Setra Group AB is currently owned 50% by Sveaskog and 49.5% by the forest owners’ association Mellanskog. The remaining 0.5% is held by approximately 1,400 small shareholders. The sale means that Mellanskog will acquire Sveaskog’s entire stake in Setra Group.
