The Austrian manufacturer of wood-based panels Kronospan is planning to raise a 200-million-euro loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) by the end of this year, 30 million euros of which will be allocated to its Ukrainian "subsidiaries" to mount 30 MW gas piston power plants, Kronospan UA CEO Natalya Pokinskaya said.
