The Japanese Forestry Agency announced the statistics for wood pellet supply in Japan for 2017.     Domestic production was 126,532 tonne, 5.3% more than in 2016, while imports of wood pellet increased considerably to 506,353 tonne, 46% higher as compared to the previous year.
