Hasslacher Group sells its production site in Russia

The Hasslacher Group has sold its Russian production site to Russian VLP Group. In addition to a sawmill and planing mill, the group used to operate a pellet plant in Russia and wanted to start producing glulam there in 2022. However, the Russian invasion of Ukraine forced the Hasslacher Group to abandon these plans. The site is located in the Novgorod region and is engaged in the production of sawn timber (including planed timber), chips and wood pellets.
