Finnish electricity company Helen, has opened a new 92MW biomass plant in Helsinki. The plant is the largest pellet-fired boiler in Finland and opened February 14th.    At full capacity, the plant is fueled with 21 tonnes of wood pellets per hour, generating heat for 25,000 one-bedroom apartments.    “Helsinki is strongly committed to mitigating climate change.
