Finland: Rising roundwood prices in 2022

The average prices of all sawlog and pulpwood assortments purchased from private forests in Finland increased markedly in 2022. Because of exceptionally high inflation, however, the prices of roundwood increased only by one percent on average in standing sales and by two percent in delivery sales from the previous year in real terms.
