Chinese plywood producers, exporters and domestic importers have filed appeals at the US Court of International Trade, relating to antidumping duties levied against them. According to the Hardwood, Plywood & Veneer Association (HPVA), "the appeals challenge both the International Trade Commission's decision finding injury to U.S. producers from these imports and the Commerce Department's final rate determinations. The schedule for filing briefs and oral argument will be announced next.
