Arauco has commissioned Dieffenbacher to supply a new OSB plant at its Trupan site in Cholguán, Chile, to replace an existing MDF line. Set to begin production in the latter half of 2026, the plant will incorporate several advanced components from Dieffenbacher, including a Maier Rotor Debarker, an OSB Disc Screen, and a Belt Dryer designed to support Arauco’s sustainability initiatives by minimizing thermal energy use and utilizing waste heat.
