HS Timber plans to build a 500,000 m³/yr sawmill in Argentina
    HS Timber Group, the former Schweighofer Group, plans to build a new sawmill in Gobernador Virasoro, in the Argentinian province of Corrientes.    The investment could reach 100 million dollars and is a partnership between the Argentine Grupo Garabí a Belgian investor Forestcape and HS Timber. The company they formed in Argentina is called ACON Timber SAU (acronym for Sociedad Anónima Unipersonal).    The project consists of a sawmill that will be designed almost entirely for export to markets such as China, Europe or the United States.   ...
