Helsinki District Court rules out underpricing accussations for Metsä, Stora Enso and UPM

Metsä Group informed that on October 31, 2017, the Helsinki District Court has ruled on 30 cases in which certain cities and municipalities have claimed compensation for damages from Metsäliitto Cooperative, Stora Enso Oyj and UPM-Kymmene Corporation.    Back in June 2016, the same court rejected the Metsähallitus’ claim for damages against Stora Enso Oyj, Metsäliitto Cooperative and UPM-Kymmene Oyj.
