Roundwood purchases drop sharply in Finland
The timber trade has been quieter in recent years than in recent years.    In January-April, the member companies of the Finnish Forest Industries Association have purchased a total of 8.6 million cubic meters of wood from private forests, which is almost 3 million cubic meters less than in the corresponding period a year ago.
