US delays deadline for preliminary anti-dumping duties on Canadian softwood lumber

The US Department of Commerce has decided to delay the deadline for preliminary anti-dumping duties on Canadian softwood lumber to June 23, instead of May 4, as originally announced.    The petitioner asked for the deadline to be extended so the agency has “sufficient time to gather and review all the relevant information,” said Will Reinert , the U.S. Department of Commerce spokesman.
