Russian plywood manufacturer Sveza has set up its own logging company, Sveza Resource LLC. The company is currently conducting pilot projects for logging purposes in the Totemsky and Tarnogsky districts of the Vologda region. In addition, the company will increase plywood production in the Vologda region by 52,000 m3 per year. With the start of the logging, Sveza becomes a vertically integrated company with a complete production chain from logging to commercialization of the finished products, aiming for higher profit margins.
