Negotiations with potential investors at the insolvent Ziegler Group are continuing under great time pressure. Ziegler has now sold all six companies of the Engelhardt+Geißbauer Group to a Middle Franconian holding company. These include Engelhardt+Geißbauer GmbH, Schwebheimer Holzelementebau GmbH, Sendel+Göß Haustechnik GmbH, Zimmerei Mohr GmbH, Mohr Holzhaus GmbH and E+G Besitzgesellschaft mbH.
