Estonia: Softwood lumber prices may soon change due to raw material shortage

Softwood lumber prices in Estonia will not increase significantly in the first quarter but are likely to rise in the second quarter due to a shortage of raw materials. Toomas Pärtel, Chairman of the Board at Puumarket, explained that wood prices are set quarterly in advance, and no major price hikes are expected at the start of this year.
