The chip and sawmill operated by Western Cascade Industries in Toledo, Oregon, has permanently closing its doors last week, as reported by The Lincoln County Leader on July 31, 2024. Walt Adamwille, the mill’s general manager, stated that employees were informed on July 22 that the mill would shut down by the end of July.
