Stimson Lumber invests $50 million in a new sawmill built with Finnish technology

Stimson Lumber Company announced a $50 million investment in a new, high-speed sawmill line at its Forest Grove, Oregon facility.  Later this year, Stimson will start preparing the Forest Grove mill for a 350-foot-long HewSaw line made by Veisto-Oy, a company based in Finland.
