Bergs, through its subsidiary Bitus, agrees to sell its pellet business in Fågelfors, Sweden, to J. Rettenmaier & Söhne (JRS), company announced. The pellet business in Fågelfors, Högsby municipality, employs about 15 people. JRS will acquire all related assets and offer continued employment to all current employees. JRS, a German company with 4,000 employees and operations at over 90 locations globally, specializes in cellulose-based products and technical application support.
