EU Commission starts anti-dumping investigation on imports of parquet from China

EU Commission has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into imports of multi-layer parquet from China. The European Parquet Federation (FEP) welcomes the European Commission’s decision to initiate today an anti-dumping investigation against imports of multilayered wood flooring (parquet) from China. According to FEP, this action comes as a necessary step to level the playing field in the EU market given the unfairly low prices of Chinese parquet imports as a result of significant overcapacity and structural distortions in their market. The Commission investigation is a result of a formal complaint filed by FEP on ...
