Ponsse plans to reduce jobs, blames loss of Russian market

Ponsse is renewing its operating model worldwide. The Finnish forest machine manufacturer's current operating model does not sufficiently support global operations, which causes challenges to the cost structure, the company says. In the new operating model, an organization focused on the forest machine manufacturer's sales and maintenance services will be formed, which will be divided into five market areas.
