Egger Group to acquire Rauch particleboard plant in Germany

The Egger Group continues its growth trajectory by acquiring the Rauch particleboard plant in Markt Bibart, Germany. The purchase agreement was signed on September 8, 2023. Following the sale, the Rauch Group will focus entirely on the development of its furniture factories to further enhance its strong market presence. The particleboard plant in Markt Bibart, near Würzburg, has historically been part of the Rauch Group, a family-owned business with a long tradition.
