During the first quarter of 2023, delivery timber prices for both sawlogs and pulpwood in Sweden increased in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2022. The price of sawlogs increased by just under 1 percent and pulpwood by just under 4 percent. Regionally, the price of sawlogs increased the most in Southern Norrland by just under 5 percent, followed by Northern Norrland by just over 3 percent.
