Thebault Group to invest EUR 100 million in France’s first LVL plant
The Thebault Group, a French plywood producer, announces the establishment of the first LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) manufacturing facility in France. With a forecasted investment of 100 million €, the new 25,000 m² unit will be built on a 15-hectare site in the Sud Auvergne business park, in Lempdes-sur-Allagnon. Ultimately, the plant will have an overall production capacity of 100,000 m3 in LVL products, with an initial production phase of 70,000 m3 .
